Responsibility
Flyaway is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the Flyaway site, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Flyaway.

Technical Information
The technical information included in the Flyaway website is derived from the information published by the manufacturers producers of the goods included in our catalogue. Flyaway therefore reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalogue, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any notice.

Product Availability
In the product catalog published on the Flyaway site Since access and the possibility of submitting an order online change the availability of the product, Flyaway does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the goods ordered.

Risk and Ownership
The goods are shipped prepaid, insured with charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods were sent carriage forward, following the customer's indication, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from their warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered letter with return receipt, to Flyaway to the commercial reference. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered letter with return receipt. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, or by fax , or through the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order, or by electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number; in the hypothesis that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be understood as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or due to lack of product.

Prices
All the prices shown on the site, in the relative column, are to be understood as prices VAT included. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.

Returns and replacements must be agreed in advance by email. The cost of shipping the goods is charged to the customer.

Flyaway reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after having accepted the order, to those customers who are out of credit, or with outstanding or, in litigation.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 14 of EU regulation n.524/2013, we inform consumers residing in countries belonging to the European Union that for the resolution of disputes relating to this contract and the online services offered by this site, there is the possibility of resorting to the procedure of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), provided by the European Commission, and accessible at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
